Shred @red cabbage{1/2%head} into #bowl{}.
Combine @garlic puree{2%tsp}, @grated sweet red pepper{1/4%cup} and @red onion{1%small}.
Blend together @lemon juice{2%Tbsp}, @sugar{3%Tbsp}, @pepper{1/4%tsp}, @salt{} to taste, @beef bouillon powder{1%Tbsp}, @red wine vinegar{1/2%cup}, and @apple cider vinegar{1/2%cup} and @oil{1%cup}.
Pour over cabbage and mix well.
Let stand overnight to mellow flavors.
Makes 6-8 servings.

- :leafy_green: 0.5 head red cabbage
- :garlic: 2 tsp garlic puree
- :bell_pepper: 0.25 cup grated sweet red pepper
- :onion: 1 small red onion
- :lemon: 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- :candy: 3 Tbsp sugar
- :salt: 0.25 tsp pepper
- :salt: some salt
- :rice: 1 Tbsp beef bouillon powder
- :wine_glass: 0.5 cup red wine vinegar
- :red_apple: 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
- :oil_drum: 1 cup oil

### Step 1
Shred red cabbage into bowl.
