Add the @tomatillos{8}, @jalapeños{2}, @garlic{3%cloves}, and @onion{1%small} to a dry #cast-iron pan{}. Place the pan over medium-high heat and toast the vegetables until blackened on all sides, about ~{15%minutes}.
