yajasjohri 9a36ea7596 Fix feed playback speed label refresh (#8623)
### Description
Fixes the per-podcast playback speed settings dialog so the numeric
speed value is shown immediately when the dialog is opened again.

Previously, the slider position was restored correctly, but the adjacent
numeric label could disappear after reopening the feed settings screen.
The dialog now refreshes the displayed speed label on initialization,
keeping the UI state consistent.

The main application module that integrates all features and hosts app-specific UI screens not large enough for their own module. PodcastApp initializes the app; ClientConfigurator registers service implementations (download, sync) at startup.

WearListenerService is a WearableListenerService that handles DataLayer messages from connected watches. It responds to watch-initiated requests. The service is kept alive by the Android framework while at least one watch is connected.
