SPARK-1346, Plugin loader now has <java>1.6.0_xx</java> capability
...
roar added to binaries, its disabled by default
and requires java 1.6.0_17 or it wont load

[SPARK-1028] Spark is still showing null avatars/display pictures
Some small improvements, capitalised "show offline users" along with modifying the support versions to support an actual real build number. Also changed Spark version in accordance with the release of Beta 2.
