mata: implement touchscreen support in recovery

* The adsp library search path includes /system/lib and /system/vendor/lib,
but not /vendor/lib. Since in recovery the /system/vendor link to /vendor
does not exist, we must place the rfsa/adsp/ libraries in /system for them
to be loaded correctly.
