4e9b3d74f5 msm: ipa3: IPA clock vote ioctl
The ability to vote IPA clock from user space is now required. Given
this, voting for IPA clock can now be done via an ioctl. This header
file supports the ioctl and can be independently propagated.

60ca6eee8e wigig_sensing: change change_mode ioctl signature
The new definition separates error code report from burst_size. This
promotes uniformity in the ioctl definitions and prevents the usage of
errno.

After SPU's firmware was updated,
prevent SSR from happening until getting
a message from userspace that update is finished.
Need to Avoid SSR because PIL would load old images from /firmware_mnt.

75d734e2a5 msm: wigig_sensing: initial commit of wigig_sensing SPI driver
This driver adds support for sensing use cases over 60GHz frequency band.
Sensing uses 60GHz radio signal to 'sense' the environment, allowing
various use cases such as proximity detection, face recognition, gesture
detection and more.

The driver communicates with the QCA6436 HW using SPI bus. The driver
requires SPI and wil6210 drivers to operate.

2608b872cf scsi: ufs: add write booster feature support
Write Booster enable: SW will enable the feature
when clocks are scaled up.
Once clocks and gear are scaled up,
SW will set “fWriteBoosterEn” flag
before exiting from ufshcd_devfreq_scale() function.

Write Booster disable: SW will disable the feature,
when clocks are scaled down. Once clocks and gear
are scaled down, SW will clear “fWriteBoosterEn” flag
before exiting from ufshcd_devfreq_scale() function.

Write Booster Buffer flush will be enabled in following cases:
 1. During runtime suspend, driver would query
    bAvailableWriteBoosterBufferSize attribute and enable the
Write Booster Buffer Flush if less than 30% Write Booster
    Buffer is available.

Write Booster Buffer flush will be disabled in following case:
During runtime suspend, if available buffer size is >30%,
then Write Booster Flush will be stopped by
clearing fWriteBoosterBufferFlushEn flag.

In non-reduction case, during runtime-suspend,
dCurrentWriteBoosterBufferSize attribute would determine
if flush is possible.
If this value is > 0 and availBuf is less
than 30% then flush is needed and vcc needs to be ON.

4e5fbcb9a6 netfilter: xt_nfacct: Fix alignment mismatch in xt_nfacct_match_info
[ Upstream commit 89a26cd4b501e9511d3cd3d22327fc76a75a38b3 ]

When running a 64-bit kernel with a 32-bit iptables binary, the size of
the xt_nfacct_match_info struct diverges.

    kernel: sizeof(struct xt_nfacct_match_info) : 40
    iptables: sizeof(struct xt_nfacct_match_info)) : 36

Trying to append nfacct related rules results in an unhelpful message.
Although it is suggested to look for more information in dmesg, nothing
can be found there.

    # iptables -A <chain> -m nfacct --nfacct-name <acct-object>
iptables: Invalid argument. Run `dmesg' for more information.

This patch fixes the memory misalignment by enforcing 8-byte alignment
within the struct's first revision. This solution is often used in many
other uapi netfilter headers.

25f5cfd939 msm: cvp: cvp power management enhancement
Knowledge of break-down of CVP core sub-blocks cycle usage enables
driver to tune CVP clock and ddr vote in finer granularity. The change
is backward compatible with legacy power voting mechanism. The
enhancement only takes place when user mode provides extra knowledge
needed.

3f3beae228 keys: Fix the use of the C++ keyword "private" in uapi/linux/keyctl.h
[ Upstream commit 2ecefa0a15fd0ef88b9cd5d15ceb813008136431 ]

The keyctl_dh_params struct in uapi/linux/keyctl.h contains the symbol
"private" which means that the header file will cause compilation failure
if #included in to a C++ program. Further, the patch that added the same
struct to the keyutils package named the symbol "priv", not "private".

The previous attempt to fix this (commit 8a2336e549) did so by simply
renaming the kernel's copy of the field to dh_private, but this then breaks
existing userspace and as such has been reverted (commit 8c0f9f5b30).

[And note, to those who think that wrapping the struct in extern "C" {}
will work: it won't; that only changes how symbol names are presented to
 the assembler and linker.].

Instead, insert an anonymous union around the "private" member and add a
second member in there with the name "priv" to match the one in the
keyutils package. The "private" member is then wrapped in !__cplusplus
cpp-conditionals to hide it from C++.

afd697d007 nl80211: Add support for EDMG channels
802.11ay specification defines Enhanced Directional Multi-Gigabit
(EDMG) STA and AP which allow channel bonding of 2 channels and more.

Introduce new NL attributes that are needed for enabling and
configuring EDMG support.

Two new attributes are used by kernel to publish driver's EDMG
capabilities to the userspace:
NL80211_BAND_ATTR_EDMG_CHANNELS - bitmap field that indicates the 2.16
GHz channel(s) that are supported by the driver.
When this attribute is not set it means driver does not support EDMG.
NL80211_BAND_ATTR_EDMG_BW_CONFIG - represent the channel bandwidth
configurations supported by the driver.

Additional two new attributes are used by the userspace for connect
command and for AP configuration:
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_EDMG_CHANNELS
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_EDMG_BW_CONFIG

New rate info flag - RATE_INFO_FLAGS_EDMG, can be reported from driver
and used for bitrate calculation that will take into account EDMG
according to the 802.11ay specification.
