Pratham Pratap 8463535947 usb: gadget: f_qdss: Enable SG mode for qdss SW path ...

Current qdss driver supports BAM path and SW path.
To increase the throughput in SW path SG mode can be used.
This change enables scatter-gather mode for qdss function driver.
