3babcc8704 pc-bios: Remove execute flag from BIOS files 
BIOS files are not directly executable, so they don't need this flag.
All other BIOS files don't use the execute flag.

6329866f81 add sgabios blob and submodule 
The rom was not added together with the sgabios device and is
not installed.
