Alex Bennée	d2467284e8	tests/docker: use --arch-only for installing deps ... The Debian QEMU packages require a bunch of cross compilers for building firmware which aren't available on all host architectures. Using --arch-only skips this particular requirement and allows us to install just the dependencies we need. Philippe Mathieu-Daudé	98808c3d0c	tests/docker: Refresh APT cache before installing new packages on Debian ... Since docker caches the different layers, updating the package list does not invalidate the previous "apt-get update" layer, and it is likely "apt-get install" hits an outdated repository.
