This ensures consistency of behaviour across all the tests, and requires that we provide gitlab bug links when marking a test to be skipped due to unreliability. Thomas Huth	8dcac1cf71	tests/functional: Convert the linux_initrd avocado test into a standalone test ... While we're at it, update the SHA1 hashes to SHA256 hashes since SHA1 should not be used anymore nowadays.
