Philippe Mathieu-Daudé	98808c3d0c	tests/docker: Refresh APT cache before installing new packages on Debian ... Since docker caches the different layers, updating the package list does not invalidate the previous "apt-get update" layer, and it is likely "apt-get install" hits an outdated repository. Philippe Mathieu-Daudé	8d16a31028	tests/docker: Install Sphinx in the Debian images ... Since commit 5f71eac06e the Sphinx tool is required to build the rST documentation. This fixes: $ ./configure --enable-docs ERROR: User requested feature docs configure was not able to find it.
