Enze Li	5d6c687c9d	Update copyright dates to 2023 ... I noticed that in the latest version, the copyright string is still 2022, even though 2023 is halfway through. This patch fixes that and fixes the documentation along with it. Markus Armbruster	52581c718c	Clean up header guards that don't match their file name ... Header guard symbols should match their file name to make guard collisions less likely. Cleaned up with scripts/clean-header-guards.pl, followed by some renaming of new guard symbols picked by the script to better ones.
