Zhao Liu 588208346f i386/cpu: Introduce module-id to X86CPU ...

Introduce module-id to be consistent with the module-id field in
CpuInstanceProperties.

Following the legacy smp check rules, also add the module_id validity
into x86_cpu_pre_plug().
