Fiona Ebner a256a427b0 blockjob: mark block_job_remove_all_bdrv() as GRAPH_UNLOCKED ...

The function block_job_remove_all_bdrv() calls
bdrv_graph_wrlock_drained(), which must be called with the graph
unlocked.
