Peter Maydell 6eee5d241a hw/arm/iotkit: Rename files to hw/arm/armsse.[ch] ...

Rename the files that used to be iotkit.[ch] to
armsse.[ch] to reflect the fact they new cover
multiple Arm subsystems for embedded.
