Paolo Bonzini d14fabd9c2 slirp: fix CharDriver breakage ...

SLIRP expects a CharBackend as the third argument to slirp_add_exec,
but net/slirp.c was passing a CharDriverState.  Fix this to restore
guestfwd functionality.
