Philippe Mathieu-Daudé e2f8d28005 hw/ide/ahci: Pass AHCI context to ahci_ide_create_devs() ...

Since ahci_ide_create_devs() is not PCI specific, pass
it an AHCIState argument instead of PCIDevice.
