feat: add Vanilla Bean Cream. Fixes #503.

Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean.
Heat @heavy cream{2%cups} and @vanilla bean{1}, with seeds, in a #saucepan{} over very low heat until cream is just bubbling.
Remove pan from heat; steep for about ~{20%minutes}.
Use a #sieve{} to strain the cream and serve warm.

### Step 1
Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean.
