feat: add Cauliflower Purée with Thyme. Fixes #196.

In a #large pot{}, bring the @vegetable broth{1%cup} and @salt{1%tsp} to a boil. Add the @cauliflower{2%lbs}; bring back to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat to low and steam for ~{20%minutes}, or until cauliflower is very tender.
Use a #slotted spoon{} to transfer the cauliflower to a #food processor{}. Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable broth from the pot, along with the @butter{3%Tbsp}. Process until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and freshly ground @pepper{}. Add @thyme{1%tsp} and process until just combined.

- :stew: 1 cup vegetable broth
- :salt: 1 tsp salt
- :broccoli: 2 lbs cauliflower
- :butter: 3 Tbsp butter
- :salt: some pepper
- :herb: 1 tsp thyme

- 1 slotted spoon
- 1 food processor

### Step 1
