- :broccoli: 1 cup cooked broccoli

- :custard: 50 g firm tofu
- :mushroom: 0.5 cup shiitake mushrooms
- :sunflower: 0.25 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- :seedling: some tahini dressing (optional)
- :sake: some lemon vinaigrette (optional)
- :hot_pepper: some sriracha (optional)
