feat: add Cucumber Sandwich. Fixes #279.

Stir @cream cheese{2%oz}, @Greek yogurt{1%Tbsp}, @chives{1%Tbsp}, @dill{1%Tbsp} and @pepper{1/4%tsp} together in a #small bowl{} until well blended. Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each @sandwich bread{2%slices} slice. Top 1 slice with @cucumber{1/3%cup} slices, then top with the other bread slice, cream cheese-side down.
