Shred @red cabbage{1/2%head} into #bowl{}.
Combine @garlic puree{2%tsp}, @grated sweet red pepper{1/4%cup} and @red onion{1%small}.
Blend together @lemon juice{2%Tbsp}, @sugar{3%Tbsp}, @pepper{1/4%tsp}, @salt{} to taste, @beef bouillon powder{1%Tbsp}, @red wine vinegar{1/2%cup}, and @apple cider vinegar{1/2%cup} and @oil{1%cup}.
Pour over cabbage and mix well.
Let stand overnight to mellow flavors.
Makes 6-8 servings.
