🥘 Vegetable Casserole

Vegetable Casserole{ loading=lazy }

🧂 Ingredients

  • 🥒 1 cup zucchini
  • 🍅 1 large tomato
  • 🧅 1 medium onion
  • :cheese_wedge: 0.33 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 🌾 0.5 cup reduced-fat Bisquick
  • :glass_of_milk: 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 🥚 0.5 cup egg substitute
  • 🧂 some salt
  • 🧂 some pepper

:cooking: Cookware

  • 1 9-inch pie plate

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

Step 3

Layer chopped zucchini, chopped tomato, onion, and Parmesan cheese. Stir reduced-fat Bisquick, fat-free milk, egg substitute, salt and pepper to taste until blended, then pour into pie plate.

Step 4

Bake for 35 minutes.
