# :cookie: Weight Watchers Double Oatmeal Cookies

## :salt: Ingredients
- :ear_of_rice: 1.5 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
- :ear_of_rice: 3 cups quick oats
- :cup_with_straw: 1 tsp baking soda
- :salt: 0.5 tsp salt
- :custard: 2 tsp cinnamon
- :sweet_potato: 1 tsp ginger
- :four_leaf_clover: 0.5 tsp cloves
- :butter: 1 cup unsalted butter
- :maple_leaf: 1.5 cups light brown sugar
- :candy: 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- :egg: 2 egg whites
- :chocolate_bar: 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips
## :cooking: Cookware
- 1 large bowl
- 1 stand mixer
## :pencil: Instructions
### Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
### Step 2
Whisk the all-purpose flour, quick oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a large bowl.
### Step 3
Cream room temperature unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar for a few minutes in a stand mixer.
### Step 4
Add the egg whites to the mixer and mix for a few minutes.
### Step 5
Slowly fold in the dry ingredients into the batter.
### Step 6
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
### Step 7
Chill for 24 hours. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes.
