• 🍓 4 cups strawberries
• 🧅 1 medium shallot
• 🍶 0.5 cup balsamic vinegar
• 🍁 6 Tbsp maple syrup
• 🌿 1 Tbsp tarragon
• 🧂 0.5 tsp pepper
• 🧂 some salt

• 1 blender or food processor

📝 Instructions

Step 1

Process strawberries, shallot, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, tarragon, pepper, salt in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides.
