🧂 Ingredients
- 🥔 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
- :glass_of_milk: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 🦠 6 Tbsps nutritional yeast
- 🍋 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🌶️ 1 pinch cayenne

- 1 steamer basket
- 1 food processor
📝 Instructions
Step 1
Boil Yukon gold potatoes in a steamer basket until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer to a food processor with unsweetened almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, cayenne.
Step 3
Puree until smooth.
