🍪 Weight Watchers Double Oatmeal Cookies

🧂 Ingredients
- 🌾 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 🌾 3 cups quick oats
- 🥤 1 tsp baking soda
- 🧂 0.5 tsp salt
- 🍮 2 tsp cinnamon
- 🍠 1 tsp ginger
- 🍀 0.5 tsp cloves
- 🧈 1 cup unsalted butter
- 🍁 1.5 cups light brown sugar
- 🍬 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 🍫 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

- 1 large bowl
- 1 stand mixer
📝 Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Whisk the all-purpose flour, quick oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a large bowl.
Step 3
Cream room temperature unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar for a few minutes in a stand mixer.
Step 4
Add the egg whites to the mixer and mix for a few minutes.
Step 5
Slowly fold in the dry ingredients into the batter.
Step 6
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Step 7
Chill for 24 hours. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes.
