msm: ipa3: Fix to avoid deadlock during USB connect
...
During MHI pipe enable we are removing pipe delay by acquiring
mutex_lock of usb. As this lock is already acquired in usb
connect, we see deadlock. Add changes to use generic api for
removing delay.

geni-qcom-se: Reduce the ab of QUP Core2x clock

geni-qcom-se: Correct the BW update logic
...
ICB clock scalling function doesn't honour the new ab/ib vote if
we pass same index for consecutive calls of the function.
Call the ICB clock scalling function everytime with a different
array index in order for ICB driver to honour new ab/ib values.

msm: camera: ife: Enable CSID crop for PPP path

This change enables CSID crop for PPP path for use with
type 3 PD sensor. To enable this, crop enable flag is
sent down from hw manager as part of CSID acquire args.
