48f40e199f OpenMP multi-core paralellization. Used during PerPixel transformations in new Pipeline rendering infrastructure. Thank you OMPTL, even though transform is a pain in my ass by not allowing bound member functions to be used as a binary functor directly.

52b5dacddc WTF was the mutable const stuff about. The mysterious stack corruption goes away when I remove it, also here is a big header!
