Old Fashioned

old fashioned cocktail

Ingredients

• 2oz kentucky bourbon (they all taste the same to me, maker's mark if you want somthing fancy)
• sugar cube or 1 table spoon brown sugar
• 2 dash of angostura aromatic bitters
• large orange or lemon peel
• large ice cube or sphere

Tools

• rocks glass
• jigger
• muddler
• bar spoon (or any spoon)

Steps

1. add sugar and bitters to rock glass and mudler until it becomes a fine paste
2. add ice and bourbon to glass and stir
3. fold fruit peel over drink and rim
4. ENJOY!
