+- :sweet_potato: 1 tsp ginger
+- :four_leaf_clover: 0.5 tsp cloves
+- :butter: 1 cup unsalted butter
+- :maple_leaf: 1.5 cups light brown sugar
+- :candy: 0.5 cup granulated sugar
+- :egg: 2 egg whites
+- :chocolate_bar: 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

+- 1 large bowl
+- 1 stand mixer
+

+
+### Step 1
+
+Preheat oven to 350°F.
+
+### Step 2
+
+Whisk the all-purpose flour, quick oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a large bowl.

+Cream room temperature unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar for a few minutes in a stand mixer.

+Add the egg whites to the mixer and mix for a few minutes.
