📝 Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Whisk the all-purpose flour, quick oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a large bowl.
Step 3
Cream room temperature unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar for a few minutes in a stand mixer.
Step 4
Add the egg whites to the mixer and mix for a few minutes.
Step 5
Slowly fold in the dry ingredients into the batter.
Step 6
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Step 7
Chill for 24 hours. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes.
