# Pizzeria Vinaigrette

## :salt: Ingredients
- :olive: 1/3 cup (67 g) extra-virgin olive oil
- :wine_glass: 3 Tbsp (45 g) red wine vinegar
- :salt: 0.5 tsp kosher salt
- :herb: 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- :garlic: 1 small garlic clove
## :cooking: Cookware
- 1 bowl
- 1 jar
## :pencil: Instructions
### Step 1
Place extra-virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, kosher salt, dried oregano, and minced garlic clove in a bowl and whisk
well to combine (or combine everything in a jar, screw on the lid, and shake vigorously, then store in the jar). Store
for up to a 1 week in a covered container (or jar) in the refrigerator.
